Sunday is a time when we come together to worship God and learn from His Word. Each worship service includes music, prayer, Scripture readings, and teaching. Between the Traditional and Contemporary services, there are Bible studies and classes for kids, students, adults, and special needs adults that build relationships and equip all to dig deeper in faith.
We have care for infants through toddlers throughout Sunday morning. Sunday School is offered during the 10:00 am Equipping Hour. At 11:00 am, families can worship together or, if you have children ages 4 – 2nd grade, they can be dismissed for Kids’ Church part way through the service.
We tend to think of our relationship with Jesus in individualistic terms, as the faith dynamic that is happening between me and the Lord. Often in the Gospel of Mark encounters with Jesus unfold in just that way. Someone approaches Jesus with a need. He ministers to them in loving and powerful ways. But that is seldom the end of the story. Again and again we see how people are moved by Jesus toward one another. To know Jesus is to be propelled beyond ourselves toward others: to declare, to help, even to challenge.
